Mt Hood Meadows Summer Event Schedule. Hope you can make it up to the Mountain, see it in all it's summer glory. Only 19 miles from the Old Parkdale Inn
Every Saturday afternoon through September 1 a local artist performs on the sun deck with magnificent Mt. Hood as a backdrop. Enjoy cold beverages, a terrific dining menu and an awesome view while talented vocalists perform.

Meadows offers the scenic chair ride and hiking experience Thursdays through Sundays from 10 AM - 4 PM, with extended hours on Saturdays; and presents awesome events on Saturdays as well.
August 11 ~ Hiking and Photography Workshop Grab your cameras and hiking boots! Join Mt. Hood Meadows for a photography workshop dedicated to mountain scenery and fauna.
August 18: Wine Festival: Taste a variety of the Northwest’s finest wines! Choose your flight and indulge in white wines, award winning Pinot Noirs and our very own Mt. Hood Meadows private reserve labels. You can also try our delicious summer menu and take scenic chair rides on the Stadium lift.

Make a full day of it with our Wine Festival in the afternoon and scenic chair lift rides and hiking throughout the day. \
August 25 Mutts on the Mountain: The Oregon Humane Society and Mt. Hood Meadows invite all outdoor-loving people and dogs to the second annual Mutts on the Mountain. The event, located on site at Mt. Hood Meadows, is an outdoor festival with fun for people of all ages. Guests can relax on the beautiful mountainside, listen to live music, enjoy food and tasty beverages, as well as peruse vendor booths. Special festival activities include doggie sno-cones, dog cooling stations, photo booth, beer and wine garden, and more. Guests and their dogs can also explore the mountain; there are three self-guided hiking trails open to people and their dogs. All event proceeds will benefit the animals at the Oregon Humane Society (OHS).
Our Douglas Fir Suite is our only dog friendly room. Canine travelers only please. One dog, any size is welcome at a charge of $30 per stay
