In 2015 Old Parkdale Inn played host to Red Chair Travels. The Red Chair traveled to over 20 states with nearly 500 innkeepers before it visited us at the Old Parkdale Inn. I believe it is somewhere in Canada now, lucky chair!! We were thrilled to host Red and act as it's concierge visiting sights in The Valley, The Columbia River Gorge and Mt Hood National Forest. Through the journey of the Red Chair, we are all travelers off the beaten track where true relaxation awaits.
Let the Old Parkdale Inn be your home base when exploring the Hood River Valley, Columbia River Gorge or the Mt Hood National Forest. Whether your idea of a good vacation is fresh tracks on Mt Hood or relaxing in our gardens with a good book and your favorite beverage, there's something near by for everyone.
